Abstract
Local government officials from across the state of Michigan were surveyed as part of the Michigan Public Policy Survey program during Fall 2009 in the second MPPS survey wave. This wave focused on educational, economic, and workforce development issues. Additional sections of the survey asked about job approval for state officials, as well as opinions on term limits, a potential constitutional convention, the impact of the federal stimulus package, and more.
