Biographical Profile - Clayton Wilhite

Mr. Wilhite joined CFI Group in 1998. He is responsible for worldwide operations and is a member of the company's Board of Directors.

CFI is an international consulting firm that utilizes measurement science and survey research to help its Fortune 500 clients strengthen the financial performance of their customer relationships. The firm is headquartered in Ann Arbor and has offices in nine countries. Key clients include UPS, ServiceMaster, Best Buy, BT, Vodafone and Yahoo!.

Prior to joining CFI Group, Mr. Wilhite spent 27 years in the advertising agency industry in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. His last job was President of D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles.

Mr. Wilhite has served some of America's leading corporations with advertising counsel. These include BMW, Sony, Kimberly-Clark, Procter & Gamble, M&M Mars, Anheuser-Busch, Kraft and SBC. He also consulted the presidential election campaigns of Presidents Ford and Bush, Sr.

Mr. Wilhite received his BA and MBA from the University of Michigan where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and was a member of the school's 1965 Rose Bowl Football Team.
