Biographical Profile - Jan Urban-Lurain

Jan Urban-Lurain is President of Spectra Data and Research, Inc. Jan is an organizational change practitioner and group facilitator with over twenty five years' experience in initiating and supporting innovation in governmental workforce development policy and organizational design. During her government career, she pioneered efforts to link economic and workforce development programs into an integrated employment and training service system in the state of Michigan. Since 1991, Jan has consulted extensively both nationally and locally with schools, universities, task force and planning groups, boards and advisory groups, and leaders and teams in a variety of organizations seeking to work collaboratively and successfully experience the challenges of complex change. She is a graduate of Michigan State and Western Michigan Universities with a B.A. in Social Work and a Masters in Public Administration.  |
