The tenth in CLOSUP’s series of policy reports examines the evolving relationships between workforce development and economic development organizations in Michigan. The report was written by Elsie Harper-Anderson, an Assistant Professor of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Michigan, and is based on recent CLOSUP-funded studies she directed.
