Symposium: U-M Carbon Symposium features Duke Energy CEO James Rogers, 8:15 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Michigan Union, Ballroom. The Ross Energy Club's 2nd annual Carbon Symposium will provide educational and professional insight into the emerging importance of carbon in our economy. Rogers will deliver the keynote address at 9:30 a.m. The program will feature three panels of national experts who will address the carbon offset value chain, from project developers and originators to end consumers. A fourth panel will discuss the role of fossil fuels as the United States and the world shift to a cleaner energy economy.
