Ford School of Public Policy Mr Colvin is Vice President for Global Trade Issues at the National Foreign Trade Council, and works on Cuban policy initiatives with USA*Engage. He will be discussing possible policy initiatives for the Obama administration as the US ushers in a new era of US/Cuba relations. Following Mr Colvin's address, there will be time for a Q&A session.
